SINGING LESSONS FOR ADULTS
Often, adult students are fulfilling a long time ambition to learn to sing.
Some reasons to start lessons:
you have always wanted to take voice lessons
you’re an active singer, and you’re pretty sure there’s more to learn - maybe there’s a specific area that’s giving you trouble.
you are a past singer, and you’re ready to return
singing is totally new and you wonder if you can even do it

My Story
I come from a long line of community singers, and I have sung for as long as I can remember. My ancestors were from Wales, where singing is part of the national character. I grew up singing in my church choir, and as a church and community soloist.
In university I did not study music, and my first career was in the corporate world. I took my first voice lesson well into adulthood, and have spent the years since continually studying voice. I am fascinated by the science and the art of voicing.
Self expression is critical to all of us, I have realized, and teaching people to sing is extraordinarily fulfilling.
